Located in Namisambya 11, Busige Zone, Kamuli District in Busoga a region well known for witch craft and heavily affected by poverty compared to other regions of the country, majority of children (families) in this community live in abstract poverty and need your help/support. They can’t afford to be in school, spend nights with no food, no toilets, need clothing, and need mattresses/blankets.
In this village, our center seeks to provide the basic possible support in education, skills, hygiene, medication, food, clothes and others. We thus invite well-wishers to join us as part time / full time volunteers. Medical teams and intern students, Missionaries, Church teams, Teachers and others are encouraged to visit.
We hold church fellowship and share the word of God with our people, we serve a meal / food on a weekend basis, we provide skills training in carpentry, construction, bakery, tailoring, crafts making to girl school dropouts and teenage and single mothers as a way of sustainability, we offer counseling & free health services, train the youths in traditional & creative dance and give out gifts received from our friends and partners.
Our prayer is to construct more blocks for our primary and secondary school to accommodate a great number of needy / orphaned children who are out of school due to lack of funding to cater for even the little fees that they are required to pay at government / private schools. We equally seek for funding for the setting up of a community health center that will provide free medical services to the community.
